At Particle41 I lead backend architecture for multi-tenant SaaS products, and run an internal initiative building agentic developer tooling alongside it.

Agentic Software Factory

An internal initiative at Particle41: AI developer tooling that takes a product requirements document and generates a working application from it. The hard parts are orchestration across multiple agents, keeping generated code inside architectural guardrails, and building the evaluation loop that tells you whether the output is actually good.

About

My career splits roughly in half. The first decade was mobile, building Android and iOS applications at Ecosmob, Netrix, and YUJ Designs, including a SIP/VoIP client for enterprise customers and a connected-vehicle app for Citroën. Since then I've worked mainly on the backend: multi-tenant SaaS platforms, event-driven services on AWS, and the data models underneath them.

For the past two years I've also been working on agentic engineering, an internal initiative at Particle41 designing AI-powered developer tooling that includes an "Agentic Software Factory" for generating working applications directly from product requirement documents. The interesting problems there aren't prompt tricks; they're orchestration, evaluation, and knowing which parts of the software lifecycle genuinely benefit from delegation to a model.

Along the way I've led teams of up to 8 engineers and set the standards for system design, clean architecture, and code review.
